Registration

Please note:

• The registration fee includes all refreshments, extensive lunches for 3 days, including welcome reception at City Hall
• Payment via credit card is possible (Visa, Mastercard & American Express).
• Registration fees must be paid in EUROS.
• There is no VAT included.
• Mark Two Academy, who handles registrations for ICSN, is exempted from VAT.

  Starter
  Salad of smoked duck breast with confit of kumquats and pine nuts

  Main course
  Grilled bavette (grain fed), truffle sauce, glaced vegetables and a contemporary stew

  Dessert
  Truffle of chocolate with vanilla panna cotta and chocolate ice cream

  

   is optional. A set menu (incl. drinks) will be provided, with appropriate alternatives for those with special dietary wishes. Please provide us with information on your dietary wishes during registration. Those registering early will receive a discount on the Festive Conference Dinner.

Cancellation

Cancellation of registration has to be made by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat (icsn2019@marktwo.nl). If a cancellation is received before or on April 29, 2019 the registration fee will be reimbursed minus EUR 75,- handling charges. After this date, or if registrants fail to attend the conference for any reason whatsoever, regrettably no refund can be made.
